Centuarians are a race of people with the head of a horse, and horse-like tail, and the body of a human the reverse of a centaur. The males stand on average around 7 feet tall and the females stand around 6 feet.
The average full life span for them is around 200 hundred years. They age like humans until they reach maturity on average around 18 years of age, where they age half the speed of them.
The centaurian race is a brave, noble race that hails from the Erzia valley located just past the Uhura Mountains, on the southern tip of the Mosaic province on the Earthern continent across the Naucatosh Sea lying to the east of the Arian continent. The home city of these people is named Montanah, and their leader is known as the Rei.
They are proud people who believe they are blessed by the moon goddess known as Zola. A goddess who also is known as the mother to all centuarians often depicted with long beautiful blonde hair and tail, white fur with white angel wings, and a light blue priestess garb.
Their closest allies have been the dwarves from the northern mountain city of Dracos for nearly a millennium. At the same time, they have been allies with humans for a few hundred years, for many humans fear and distrust things that they don’t understand.
Only in recent years, around five decades or so have they begun to venture out to other lands to explore the larger world. Though their home city Montanah is declared a major trading hub on Aria due to its location near the sea the centaurian people have not ventured much passed their borders.
The centaurians fought in the Demonic war alongside the dwarves and humans and among other Arian races, against the Demon Dark Lord Arkabon and his Infernal army.
Many soldiers perished through the years of the war, especially in the final battle that ended in a stalemate in the former human city of Dionicis. The stalemate finally brought Arkabon to the negotiation table after his only blood-related son perished during the battle.
In an interesting turn of events the young centuarian Rei alongside the young human high King of Solis, both of whom lost their parents during the battle at the time led most of the negotiations.
All four fought heroically to stop Arkabon's superweapon the Nautilus sky ship during the battle that would not only cause massive amounts of devastation but created thousands of demon and undead soldiers from the bodies of the fallen Legion soldiers.
The negotiations concluded with an uneasy ceasefire between the sides. Now ever vigilant since the uneasy peace started, the centaurians keep a watchful eye over their and allied lands, for they know that evil will rear its head from the shadows when is least expected.
